Windows crashing could be from programs/software, drivers, even peripherals.
I assume you mean crashing from crushing?

I find that my PC performance is very law and I red that because window freezing and crashing
and my pc infrequently have problem in shut down I write it in anthor thread under name of: pc shut down
now I can say what happen with me is truly what said: freezing as the screen remain refuse shut down although all programs shut down till I make reset and no prblem in scanning result

Freezes and crashes are not a cause of any other problem, they are caused by some other problem.

If your biggest problem is just that the computer is slow you should check for viruses and spyware/malware. You should also check to see what programs are starting when the computer starts. I find that most people just allow everything they ever install on the computer to add some startup program. After a while these small programs just waste system resources doing things you don't need.
