Bypass pwd protected (*.doc) file

If a (*.doc) Microsoft Word document is saved and the option for protected by a password is enabeld,is there a way you can by-pass it to view it without typing in the required password ?

Probably, but if it is protected that means you probably shouldn't be editing it and won't get much help here trying to crack it.
