How to get to Command Prompt or do "netsend" on a limited account in Xp pro sp2

Hey,im wondering how to access the Command Prompt at my school computers, they have everyone on limited accounts with lots of options disabled like Run, view the C: drive, Shortcuts, Control Panel, System Properties and such/ and i do not know their Workgroup name so when i bring my laptop to school i cant access their network (only wireless..) The Software they run on the computers is Symantec Antivirus Corporate Edition, and

I don't think you can netsend with a limited account, just about two days ago my friend happened to find out the user name and password for our entire county's computer network and they had the option for netsend, but not our regular accounts. He though it was only to our school and netsent the message "hi" and it turns out it sent it into every computer, and they were talking about expulsion and suspension but they let him off with a few weekend detentions, so I wouldn't suggest doing it.

oh i remember the good times with netsend in highschool. the detention was worth it when you finally got caught.
