I have had my Computer for a little over 1 year now and it is completely shot. It has had viruses on it but I reloaded windows so I thought that was supposed to delete them. It takes about an hour just to get to the startup screen and my computer says that it is using 100% of my CPU usage. Can anyone help. Thank you.

Ok, did you format your hard drive and then install windows? Or did you just reinstall windows?
