Hi,
I have a number of printers defined and one of them (not the default) has a file in its queue, which it won't print and won't delete. So far I have tried:
1. Cancelling thye print.
2. Going into Services and stopping and restarting the Print Spooler. It appears to stop OK but the restart times out and when I reboot the print file is still there.
3. Deleting the printer. THis was the last thing I tried and now the printer is marked as deleting but never deletes.
Any ideas on How I can get rid of the print file, printer, both? While this problem is in the way I am unable to print.
Thanks
