Hi,

I have a sata hard disk(Seagate 120gb and 80gb) , but VCOM System Commander 8 can be installed and run from this hard disk type,or only run and install from IDE hard disk? If no run, I need some help to download a freeware boot manager that supports sata and have a GUI.

Try BootIt-NG from www.terabyteunlimited or XOSL from http://www.ranish.com/part/xosl.htm.

The former is trialware the latter is freeware. No guarantees because not all bios can "see" SATAs on all motherboards (or on all SATA PCI cards). If you can fdisk the SATAs from a boot floppy you should be good to go.
