Problem on Upgrade XP from win 98 (blue screen) - ABIT BD7-RAID

I want to update my Computer with XP Professional and I have the following problem:

Blue screen after the first boot XP.
Doing F6 on request I put in DOS the following file:
Textsetup.oem Does not work.
mistake: (512 row 1742): d:\nt\base\boot\setup\oemdisk.c

RAID is Raid 0 installed

I have the following SYSTEM:
Mainboard: ABIT BD7-RAID (ABIT i845-W83627HF)
System Chipset: Abit Computer Corp 82845Brookdale CPU to I/O Bridge
Bios: Award Software International 6.00 PG
HD: 2 x MAXTOR L060J3 (Raid 0)
CPU Intel Pentium 4 1.7GHz
Installed: Windows 98SE - working.

well, I don't know why you're pressing F6, and there is NO DOS in winXP.

also, I notice you saying you also have win98 installed- this would be installed to your (C) Drive- and the winXP should be installed to a DIFFERENT partition- like (D).
