Hi,
I brought all components from a comapny by internet.
And later I find the CPU and mainboard was not stable.
I ask for change, and I returned my CPU and mainboard.
And now, more than one month passed, they still have no answer when can I get a new one.
What can I do for this? Sue them?

Heck of a problem with no solution here,my advice would be is to send them E-mails,phone conversations and written letters that are certified that they have to sign for document everything and take $25.00 and get the advise of a Attorny that specializes in on line fraud. Call the BBB,postmaster general, and most of all Be Curtious when talking to these Idiots and then drop the ball into there court with a nicely typed summons. Not really much we can do but hope things work out for you. good luck! here is a link that you can start with

You may want to mention that you have a lot of friends that purchase parts for systems. Maybe if they are afraid of getting a crappy rep they will fix you up faster!

Did you get a RMA number?
If you did, call them and ask what is happening with the order.

If you didn't, then you might be SOL. http://www.PCGuide.com/ubb/frown.gif
