Big Time E-mail problem

cannot send or recieve anything through e-mail. Using incredimail and also outlook express. Went through all settings with my ISP but still nothing. All that it does is keeps trying to connect. I configured my firewall. Dont know where else to turn or what to do.Can someone please help. Thanks

Until you get it resolved, Yahoo email is up to at least 1 gig storage. I think Gmail is up to 3.

Not wanting to be redundant, what have you done so far? Your post is a little light on details... :p

Have you tried without the firewall? Did the isp have you setup OE to their settings? What os do you use? Have you any restrictions in either OE or Internet Options Security settings?

tried it without firewall. Internet still works great.using xp sp2. havent tried yahoo but outlook and incredimail just hang there like there is no connection to the net.I also disabled windows firewall and security settings to low but no difference. Not sure what else to do

I would hope the ISP had you ping the e-mail servers, if you can see them it means at least you can contact them.
