reading error

Hi everyone,
Just did a AVG run and saw in the test result window that there is an error in status column. It had resulted in a reading error in "boot sector of disk c".

I looked in the vault and there are 2 recent entries
mm20.ocx
and
pc32.exe

the only downloading activity has been in the last couple of days where i have downloaded zip files (i am checking dos utilities)

no obvious flaws on pc for now but i'd best get recommendation b4 re-booting.
Bout to run SPybot...

it seems that it may well be a problem after the last major update..

both a spybot and an adaware run showed zip so i'll hope it is Grisoft prob.
