Does anyone know what the command line should be to print a GIF image in Imaging For Windows (remember Kodak Imaging For Windows or Wang Imaging that was packaged with Windows 2000 and prior which is under Accessories)?

When right clicking a file and selecting Print it prints full size when I need it to print Fit To Page. I tried changing the print command line for GIF (which is what I am trying to print) under Folder Options-File Types to "C:\WINDOWS\kodakprv.exe /p "%1"" but is is still printing full size.

This is easy to do in Imaging by selecting Print-Options-Fit To Page but I need to make this a command line.

Any ideas?

I use 3 programs:
1. Kodak Image Viewer
2. Microsoft Photo Editor
3. Adobe Photoshop

The only one of those I ever managed to get to print to fit a specified page size was Adobe Photoshop.

Took a look at Kodak Image Viewer.
Seemed to me there was no way to make that program print to fit the page.
Looked like my printer driver might have done it; it had a tick box for "Fit to page".

That command you typed = C:\WINDOWS\kodakprv.exe /p "%1"
is what you'd see in the registry for the context menu "Print" "Action".
All that does is print the selected file, and I doubt there is a command to print to fit [the page in the printer].
