No reason to be sorry - not a long post at all.

If the motherboard is in excellent condition, it's an excellent motherboard. The price seems good for a new motherboard of that model, slightly high for a used one. If he doesn't provide all the accessories (http://www.newegg.com/Product/ShowImage.asp?image=13-131-540-01.jpg,13-131-540-02.jpg,13-131-540-03.jpg,13-131-540-04.jpg,13-131-540-05.jpg&CurImage=13-131-540-03.jpg&Description=ASUS%20A8N-SLI%20Premium%20Socket%20939%20NVIDIA%20nForce4%20 SLI%20ATX%20AMD%20Motherboard%20-%20Retail) that comes with a new retail A8N-SLI Premium, I'd bargain with him on that.

The price on the video card seems fair - again, assuming it's in excellent condition.

As for RAM, the three "old reliables" are Kingston, Corsair and Micron/Crucial. Buy a matched pair (dual channel kit) of 1 GB sticks for best dual-channel results and price. I'm pretty sure DDR400 is what you'll need, but check the websites of the three brands I mentioned. They'll have step-by-step buying guides that will lead you to a good choice.

I take it you've already got a processor and matching heatsink/fan to drop in the motherboard? Does your power supply have enough muscle to juice your new rig?

yes I have 64 3500, and 55 watt power supply. The video card and mobo are 2 months old. Now I dont know what type of ram to but buy, pc3200, pc4400 or what? now I checked corsair but there r too many kinds. there is XMS, XMS2 and so on.

55 watt power supply.I hope that's a typo! :p 55 watts is barely enough to power your CPU at idle!

You'll need some type of DDR RAM, 184-pin, unbuffered, non-ECC. PC3200 will give you the best price/performance ratio. If you want to spend the extra on faster RAM, like PC4000 or something, go ahead. But I would recommend against it unless you'll be doing a lot of OC'ing.
