I didn't used my computer for a few days and now every time I turn it on I get this message just before I get to the desk top: Explorer has caused an error on SHELL32.DLL Explorer will now close If you continue experiencing problem, try restarting your computer. When I click the CLOSE button on the message box goes away but the computer doesn't boot up all the way to where I can get the start button or my short cut icons to the desktop. what could be causing this? Any suggestions
