I have bought 128 PC133 RAM. How can i be sure it is 133 MHz not 100 MHz. Do i have to relay on statement of vendor and sticker over it or can i check it through any software or system trick. I have Duron 600 with 7ZM board.

Hi Akhtar,
I'm not sure that there is any utility that can tell you what the rating is, because any RAM can be set to run at any speed, it's just a matter of whether it will work or not. I could be wrong though, since benchmarking is not my cup of tea. Perhaps something like SiSoft Sandra will tell you.
The best thing to do is just run the system at 133. If it works reliably, then you are all set. If not, it probably isn't really PC133. Worth a try.
