Hello,
I want to remove Game folder which came with windows(all Version). I tried to remove folder from start menu by deleting it but any body can play the game by typing "freeCell" in Run. I also tried to delete it from widow system32 folder but I cant deleting it.Please Help me to remove "games" from my PC

Try booting in safe mode, then try and delete it. If not, there are secure erase programs available that will delete the file on bootup, before windows puts a hold on it.

The Start menu only is made up of shortcuts that point to the real program file somewhere in the file system. Deleting a shortcut does not delete the file, and anyway, you need to uninstall the set of games.
If they are installed as part of Windows you'd need to [in Win98] go to "Control Panel->Add/Remove Programs->Windows Setup" and untick the tick boxes for the games.
