The new flipchip motherboards

Does anyone have any info on these new boards I am looking at upgrading my system with a PIII 733 and keep hearing about these new flip chip boards

"Flip chip" is a CPU packaging term, it just refers to the way the CPU is put into the physical device you install. But they changed the chips slightly so new boards are needed for them.
Check out any of the big hardware review sites for information on current boards, like www.anandtech.com (http://www.anandtech.com)
