to play doom 3 on ultra u have to have a 512 mb graphics card. is there any way u can use ur system ram? i have 2.0 gigs, and if i put that with my 256 vid card it would work right?

No, the game itself is coded to require 512MB of local vid card RAM. Since this can't be faked or altered, there's no way around it. Sorry.
