Welcome to The PC Guide
The Windows XP Home Full DSP is an OEM version like the one sold with a new system and yes it is a full version the only difference is it comes in a paper envelope instead of a box and it says on the disk:
For distribution with
a new PC only. The Certificate of
Authenticity label should be
attached to your PC. For
product support contact the
manufacturer of your PC
I have two versions of Win XP Pro the DSP OEM and the retail upgrade and they are both the same after they are installed. The DSP OEM version is a lot cheaper

I think Windows XP and Microsoft use more of my bandwidth than I do!
