I have a computer that when I start it up i get a couple of error messages then i just get a green screen. Ive ran it on safe mode but cant fix the problem. Can I connect one computer to another and download the program windows 98 to fix the other?

What error messages do you get?

Windows 98 is an operating system - it's probably better to fix the problem than to start over with a fresh install of the operating system.
