connection problem

i've setup a router in my house with my desktop connecting to the router via LAN cables and laptop using wireless.

my connection is fine cept for the fact that sometimes either one or both of my laptop and desktop cannot connect to the net with the error msg of the page cannot be found

some soln i did and work are that
running netstat at comd prompt
re setting the modem

however there are times that they dun work
and the next day the network suddenly become ok again

i would like to know what exactly happen and if there's any way to prevent it or a permanent solution to my problem

Try wired with both when this happens, if it works it is likely something is interfering with the wireless like 900MHz telephone.
