Why? Because I have to get my mouse off of COM1. I have surfed and can find numerous [well, several] such cards, but they seem to be specific to Windows98 - I am a home computer with WindowsNT. If not said to be specific to WIN98 then the text is 'Windows 98 and above' whatever that means. Where to now? I have PentiumIII, WinNT4SP5, plenty of memory, free PCI [and ISA] slots.
Unless it was very recently added with a service pack, USB is not supported in Windows NT. Sorry. You need Win 98/ME/2000.

Incidentally, all modern PCs support PS/2 mouse ports. Is there some reason you aren't using yours?
