I am considering purchasing a Laserjet multifunction-Print Fax Copy Scan unit, but notice that it can only be networked with an "optional HP JetDirect External Print Server" for full utilization.
What is this? Why is it necessary? And what does it cost?
And yes, I do want the machine to be network capable. There are 3 other computers in the office to network too. Please help.
