From many-many things i have observed and understood, I am still learning to understand more, I would like to solely have a word about choosing a place to live to some of you who are in actual need, that it is just the same or "even much worse". Please stay where you think to be the best, most comfortable and within your reach so that you can handle different things that might happen unexpectedly.
Your modularization WAS/IS the best approache for future development and maitenance of your stocks. If you have many houses as real estates-properties, you can still be safe if one whole house is burnt to the ground!
