That's something currently on my mind before buying a 6600. The difference in price, when converted to my currency, is around 2 american cents, with the Inno3D card cheaper.
However, my dilemma lies within the cards themselves. I've heard some people, and even I have experienced first hand, having problems with Inno3D fan malfunctions (ie just getting disconnected on older models with the pins connecting it to the card, fans just stopping on most ones, etc).
As for Palit, I haven't heard a lot of people using it either, so I really have no background on it, even if I am currently leaning towards it because of those fan problems (it gave me nightmares when my PC refused to work for a whole day or so).
On a lighter side, I'm also looking forward to buying the card that looks better and has the bigger box :)
I think those manufacturers are most widespread in Asia, where I live.
