Video Cards?

Hi folks,
Ok I need some advice. I don't see much difference between these cards! Is there? What do you think?
Don't know much about the system one of these cards will go in, but, I do know that there is no AGP or PCIE. The card does need to be PCI.

The one from Outpost.com is a retail boxed ATI original Radeon 9250 PCI with 256MB. The one from Newegg is an OEM Sapphire Radeon 9250 PCI with 256MB.

In terms of performance, you won't notice a difference. And considering these are just PCI vid cards, I wouldn't hesitate to buy the cheaper one. Why spend more than $100 on a PCI vid card these days?
