Maintenance Agreement Example

Dear all,

does anyone know where i can find a good example of a general hardware/software maintenance agreement. I need to produce one but dont have a good starting point or any examples to go on.

Pop in a CD of any program and let the installation start. You'll see a good agreement screen before the installation actually begins, and can still exit without causing any problems. Examples would be:

Windows 3.11 (floppies only), Windows 95/98, MS Word, MS Office, McAffee or Norton virus scanner, many downloaded programs, games etc.

Sorry, i should of been more specifc. When i said maintenance agreement i was referring to a contract layout that would be used between companies agreeing hardware and software support for a charge. We would like to offer agreements to companies as an alternative to charging per hour.

My mistake, sorry about that, I was reading one thing and thinking another. I saw agreement and somehow terms of use agreement stuck in my brain...
