Slot 1 , Socket 370 , Socket 7

I sort of know that Slot 1 are for Intel prcs like Pentimu II and PIII but between a socket 7 and a 370 which prcs fit AMD k2-6?? some one give me a short list of each .."socket 7 , socket 370 , Slot 1 & slot A

Processor sockets roughly break down into the following.

Slot 1 - Pentium II & III Celerons
Slot A - AMD Athlons
S370 - Celeron
Socket 7 - Pentium, Pentium MMX, Cyrix, AMD k6
Super Socket 7 - AMD K6/2 K6/3
Socket A - Thunderbird Athlons and Durons
