Motherboard BIOS uprgrade

I have a PII machine with a AMI bios. I am having problems installing a Vodoo3 3000 card, and everything point to a Bios compatibility problem (not sure).

However, I cannot find the manufacturer name of my motherboard (incredible, I know)!!!

The manual logo say MainBoard. Is it a manufacturer name? Any web page related? I have look for it in many web resources, without any luck.

The BIOS number: 61-1001-000715-00111111-071595-M715. In AMI webpage or apps there is no manufacturer name associated with this number.

Somebody knows where can I find the manufacturer name and Bios update for this mother?

Could be a PC Chips Motherboard based on the M715 in bios number.
Check out www.pcchips.com (http://www.pcchips.com) - you could always email them for confirmation.
Full instructions for flashing bios is contained on there site.
