I have a few problems with Windows. First, my user account is currently the administrator account, with one account set to limited. I had previously had these accounts profiles switched, with mine the limited and the other one the admin. When I try to run system restore or to delete the other account, I get an error that says "Insuficient privileges, contanct system administrator". How can iI fix this?

Go into safe mode by tapping F8 right before windows boots up and choose safe mode at the select screen. The default admin account will be available at the welcome screen. You should then be able to go into the control panel and change things accordingly. I don't think you can change the default settings/permissions on the default admin account so you should be able to make the changes.
Hope that helps.
