Welcome to the PC Guide Forums!! :D

You can check my sticky (http://www.pcguide.com/vb/showthread.php?t=39018) for PSU recommendations at the bottom. I'd recommend 500W or more for that kind of system.

Depending on your budget, I do have a few recommendations. First of all, think about getting a 36GB or 74GB Western Digital "Raptor" hard drive as your main Windows drive, the one that spins at 10K rpm's. That sucker will speed up the boot time and the game load times considerably.

Secondly, pull back on the RAM unless you'll be OC'ing that X2. AMD processors need much less raw bandwidth than Intel's, and the latest K8-based ones in particular gain very little performance increases from faster RAM. Consider either the Corsair ValueSelect 1GB DDR400 kit, or the 2GB kit. Either of those will get you the same performance for less.

I assume that Thermaltake Big Typhoon is the CPU HSF unit? For the absolute best in CPU cooling, look to Zalman. They make the biggest baddest CPU coolers around. They can be expensive, $35-60, but they're worth every penny (or whatever currency you use :p).

Other than that, it looks good!
