Welcome to The PCGuide Forums, erichan71!!
While you'll find many great people, and lots of technical support, this is still essentially a public forum. Please exercise discretion when choosing which advice you follow. I'm not trying to insult you Venom, but I wouldn't trust downloads from a url looking like that.
Most importantly, this link looks to be for a bios update image file, which you won't be able to analyze, and makes no reference to version or anything else. Flashing the wrong bios could very easily render your PC completely unusable.

Aristo... wow, haven't heard that name in a long time...
One of those mobo manufacturers that came and went. There were a lot of those from the mid-90's to about 2001 or so (most of them died in the dot-com bubble crash come to think of it). The big names like Asus, Abit, MSI, Gigabyte, etc - all survived that time period. That's one of the reasons I always recommend sticking to a good manufacturer with a long track record.
For a lot of these dead mobo manufacturers, you're going to get zero support. We've helped quite a few people around here with requests such as this, mostly with very little results. My advice: dump the mobo, it ain't worth it! You'll spend far less time just hunting down a replacement mobo from a manufacturer that's still alive and kicking.

"Aristo" is just one of expendable trade names PC CHIPS hid behind. All of their products are notorious for their low quality, spectacular failure rate, nonexistant support and poor performance. PC CHIPS is still alive and kicking even today, which just goes to tell that there will always be people who will go for the cheapest even if the product is utter garbage.
