my son plays maple story online game on my pc and he has problems with this msg at times during the game and it annoys him! " 32This.exe has encountered a problem and will shut down"
Not sure what or where this file is located. pls help.

try uninstalling and re-downloading and installing the MS game Client, chances are your son may have recieved a bad file somewhere, or something didn't get updated correctly and was left out. It's a fairly common occurrance with MapleStory, if this doesn't work, check the maplestory global main site they have more information on it there.

i'm sorry for my english because i'm from belgium. But maple story makes virrusses on your pc. there aren't many scanners who catch the virusse. But etrust catch them. It's one year free trial. i believe it's from ez antivirus or az antivirus i don't knoW. But if you search on google with the terms "download free etrust" you will find it.

Sorry I can't help with the website as I refuse to be forced into using IE. But the error itself just sounds like the program is crashing. Reinstalling the game per panther_base's instructions is a good idea, but many times game crashes are unavoidable and can be caused by a thousand different things. I've even seen games crash because they didn't like another game that was installed! :p It's ridiculous but this is price we pay for having too much fun. :D
