One of my pcs does not turn on. Nothing comes up on the monitor and no leds turn on when the power lead is connected to the pc. Normally there is a green LED on when the power cable is attached. I have tried using different power cables but still it does not turn on.

Make sure that there's voltage at the wall outlet, the power supply's on/off switch is in the 'on' position, and the power supply's main power connector to the MB is securely attached.
If those are ok and you're using a surge suppressor or a UPS, then connect the power cable directly to the wall outlet. If that works, then the suppressor or UPS is bad.
If no luck, then either the power supply, its main connector, the MB's main connector, or the MB may be bad.
Either swap out the PS with another unit, try it on another system, or have it tested.
