What does your Video card support?
If your Motherboard can use AGP2x or AGP4x then what the card supports is all that matters. (The 4x setting is faster than 2x)
Hope this helps http://www.PCGuide.com/ubb/smile.gif

I hear 4x is less stable but faster the 2x so try 4x and if it works well use it but if it crashes or has to many problems try switching it to 2x

Some board/CPU/card combinatins have problems with AGP 4X, but in general it should work if the board supports it. Try it and see. IF you have trouble, you should be able to switch back, might have to be done in safe mode though...
