i dont know what to do about this problem

Please post your system's specs. Thanks.
And make sure the video card is fully inserted, its fan is running, its heatsink is securely mounted, and there's no dust built up on the fan and heatsink.
Also, if your system has both a PCI-e vid card and a PCI vid card installed, then install just one or the other.
