I want to know what my limit is for buying a P4 processor upgrading from The P3 ive got now.Here are my specs if anything is missing let me know.
I think from reading this myself my limit is 1.13Ghz
But im not sure and would like a 2nd opinion from someone who would know for a fact

Ummm... You can't upgrade from a PIII to a P4 unless you also change mobo's. The P4's use a different CPU interface from the PIII's. PIII's use Slot 1 (which you have) and Socket 370. P4's use Socket 423, 478, and LGA 775.

How far you can upgrade depends on your chipset and mobo, but Slot 1 topped out at 1GHz (the 1.13GHz version was recalled due to a core problem). So 1GHz is as far as you can go.

Oh So if i want to upgrade il have to find a faster pentium III?
Is there a 1ghz pentium III?

search ebay for "P III 1ghz", they're $20-30 usd

Yes, you will have to get either a faster PIII, or a buy a whole other mobo and CPU to go with it.

There is a PIII 1GHz version that uses the 133MHz FSB for Slot 1 (PIII EB). That's the one you should get. The other 1GHz version uses the slower 100MHz FSB (PIII E), which I wouldn't recommend because your current PIII uses the faster 133MHz FSB so you should stick with that (to remain consistent).
