HELP!!!!cant delete port protector

i downloaded a port protector called Zebbas port protector version 1.0
Cause a friend reccomended it to me.
it appeared to be useless so i tried to delete it
And i cant i tried deleting to recycle bin and removing it in add/remove programs(its not listed) and its going NOWHERE It keeps saying

Can not delete port protector 1.0.exe access denied
make the disk is not full or write protected and that the file is not currently in use

Please anyone help

have u tried goin in add/remove and removin it thur and if that didnt work
press ctrl alt delete then clik on processes and see if its running and if it is clik on it and clik end process

ok i ended its task and its deleted for now

Are port protectors common?
Is there any good free ones to get?

A firewall is probably your best port protection... Why are you saying "other than fire wall"??

Well this program isnt exactly a fire wall you can block either open closed or all ports.
And you can choose to either block the ports or set 'traps' at your ports with it.
I like the idea of it but im not sure what to download

I spelled it correctly you probably cant find it because my friend i met on ares made it.And i dont exactly know him that long.

So i wasnt sure if i could trust the program and i was worried when i couldnt delete it.But it didnt show up on any of the virus spyware or trojan scans i did so its safe.

Im just not sure exactly how it works.
Does anyone want me to email it to them and they can check it out themselves.

No thanks... I don't have a test PC and I don't download programs created by people I don't know unless I have reason to believe they are safe... In this case, it is hard to say what else this thing might have installed on your computer... I would run a full set of security scans if it were my computer...

I ran Avg-free MS anti-SW and swat it trojan and bot remover
And nothing came up
