CPU Temp Celeron D 331

BIOS shows 62-63 celcius
This is a new build. I had to switch out mobo's (Intel D101GGC).
I used AS5. My question is three part: Is this temp to high? Is there a "burn in" if so how long?

Hmmm... yeah that's pretty high, especially at idle. But assuming you installed the heatsink correctly with AS5 it will should drop down to a more normal temp. Usually takes about a week with moderate usage, maybe 4-5 days with a lot of usage. Just make sure you shut it down for a few hours, at least once every 2 days (it helps the thermal grease settle).

Keep monitoring the temps and let us know how it goes.

Now if I could just get my Mum to leave it on for a couple of hours a day I could monitor the temps more accurately :eek:
