CD-RW Overburning

I was wondering what the best CD-RW is. But I want it to be able to Overburn and I can only spend up to $200 Preferably under $150. I herd that the PlexWriter 8/4/32 is good.

My personal experience with the Plexwriter 8/4/32: No complaints. Works great with 700MB blanks. Plextor has a well-deserved reputation for quality.
