Where can I find a plate that goes on the back of the case which has the holes for the stuff like USB's, PS2's, parallel, serial ports, etc. I need one for a P4B motherboard.

The I/O shield? Those usually come with the mobo's. If you didn't get one, you might have to make your own or just not use one.

I thought about it later; this is my mother-in-law's computer and it might be in the box that the motherboard came in. The case had a plate already on it originally, so I didn't have to do anything when I assembled it. I'm going to change cases and that's why I needed one. If it's not in the box I'll go by one of the small computer places here and see if they have one. Thanks

That is the usual scenario, that the case comes with a shield and one is also shipped with the motherboard. I suspect that the case shields at one point were pretty generic. However, now-a-days, the connector configurations seem to vary between motherboard manufacturers resulting in their shipping one that fits...
Probably in the box as you say...

Yeah, the case I/O shields are considered "standard" but that definition is pretty much gone now. Too many configurations as Whyzman said. I haven't seen a mobo that would fit right into a case perfectly in a long time now. Most of the cheaper mobo's are fairly barebones and are usually close, but not perfect...
Uh oh! Watch out for 123456! He knew the manufactuer of the mobo right off the bat! :p

Haha, Saph. I knew that, because I have a p4*something-something*-LA. It's how they name these things.

Yep. Once you've seen enough mobo model names, you start to catch on to them! Then you start being able to determine the manufacturer of a mobo, and perhaps even what chipset was used. Man, I look at this stuff way too much!
