I am trying to fix an old dell computer running Windows ME, other than nt being ablt to network it to my computer, use acd drive or usb, it is proving challenging, When the system boots up, it hangs on the desktop, When I boot into safe mode it is ok, When I get it into Safe mode What should I do or look at to begin troubleshooting problem, I am going to change drive out to see if I can at least get to a place where i can run av software and spyware removal, thanks for any suggestions
