why is it that after I took off Mozilla and Firefox, I tried too use my Banking site and now I can not access it // just a blank no site// tried a google search // nothing // tried my Favourites// nothing// using on this machine XP home??

Well it might be time for a HJT log. Please download HijackThis (http://www.downloads.subratam.org/hijackthis.zip) and save it too a permanent folder such as your desktop. Then have it scan. When it is done scanning save a log and post the entire log back here for the pros.

Are you using Internet Explorer to try to acces your bank site? If not which browser are you using?

Yes thank Cavalier, rather it is a friends problem with his pc and yes he is using explorer/ as a browser with his xphome version os system.
In this case I believe all was working well until he terminated Mozilla and firefox from his pc// previous to this he was capable of hitting his banking site >>
