transfer address book from Groupwise to outlook

hey,

We are migrating from a novel server to a microsoft server 2003 enviroment. We currently use groupwise for email, and will be moving to outlook. We dont have the money to use a migrating software, but need to transfer the address books for about 600 clients. I am wondering if anyone knows a easy way to get this done in a timly matter.
