processor support

I'm getting an exclamation in the device manager for "processor support". It asks to update the driver, but I cannot find it. I have a chipset cd, which I've searched and run to no avail. Please help me.

We need some system info and the exact error message, then maybe we will have an idea what's going on and possibly some answers.
