Motherboard

I'm building a machine for a friend and he has purchased an Epox EP 7kxa+ motherboard with the Via KX133 chipset and a 750 Athlon processor. I have only worked with ABIT and SOYO Motherboards. Are there any issues that I should be aware of before putting this together. The other componants he has are

ATI Radeon 32mb DDR Video card
2 - 128 MB SD Ram chips
Maxtor 30 gig 7200 rpm ata100 Hd
Sound blaster live sound card (from his current Machine)
56x HI val cd rom

P.S the Motherboard does have intergreted sound, hope we can disable it.

I am running the Epox Slot A version of that same board (EP-7KXA and you CAN disable the sound (all done through the Bios...there are two places you have to disable it on mine). I'm running a Sound Blaster Live sound card just fine on it. It's a good board IMO.
