upgrading

I am taking my computer to a store for upgrading. I just wanna know
if there is anything special that I need to do when I am unhooking the processor? Anyone please reply!!!!!!!!!!

If you're taking your computer to a store for upgrading, why would you be unhooking the processor? But, take a look at the PC Guide's General Installation and Assembly Tips (http://www.pcguide.com/proc/gen.htm). Take caution against static very seriously.
