I just downloaded some videos, and they came in as RAR files. Whats a RAR file, and something i can use to open em?

It's a form of file compression similar to a zipped file. Look at http://www.win-rar.com/download.html for download inf for a RAR specific download program. Winzip may deal with them; give it a try if you have a copy on your PC.
