Welcome to the PC Guide forums.

What exactly have you done so far? What led up to this?

You should, according to the blurb, be able to access Recover Pro on the Hard Drive when Windows cannot boot - I think by a specific key press during startup.

I cant access the Phoenix web site to check out their support because their server must be temporarily down. The nearest I could check was the Google Cached Page (http://72.14.207.104/search?q=cache:e4_EqFquWw0J:www.phoenix.com/en/Products/Trusted%2BApplications/Recover%2BPro%2B6/Recover%2BPro%2B6/+Recover+Pro+2004+boot+key&hl=en&ct=clnk&cd=3)

Sorry about the link. I would try contacting Phoenix support: http://www.phoenix.com/en/Customer+Services/Phoenix+Customer+Support/default.htm
