I'm not exactly sure what's going on as I've never had this happen before, I'm having trouble accessing different things online. The Web Pages I visit most often come up just fine, but I'm having trouble getting the sites that I don't use very often to come up, i.e. Newegg, My Gaming Site, Yahoo Games, also the online Game I play doesn't want to start up. I've tried restarting my PC and I've checked everything that could limit these pages and the game but nothing should be limiting access to these. I've even tried typing the URL instead of going through bookmarks, this has affected both Mozilla and I.E. Explorer, anyone have an idea what's going on?

do you have a firewall running? check if autoprogram control is on, and if so, make sure your sites are being allowed.

yes I have a firewall and by what the configuration says, it SHOULD be allowing these sites and the Game but I still can't access them. I tried running a virus scan, spy-ware, and ad-ware scan and fixed everything that they ound, also I checked the options on both of my browser programs and I can find no reason for this sudden restriction on my browsing

Let's look at this logically. This problem is browser independent. That means it's not a browser problem. That means you have a problem with your firewall or your ISP.
Disable the firewall and see what happens. If no change, contact your ISP.

Well I disabled the Firewall and still experianced the same problems, so I'm going to contact my ISP and argue that it's their problem not mine :p

Well I called and asked my ISP about the issue and this is what transpired:
Me: Yes, I'm having some troubles with my Internet, it seems I can connect but I'm unable to access certain websites. This problem isn't localized to just my PC but all 3 that are connected to the Internet in this house.
ISP: Well what are the websites you're trying to access, are they secure sites?
Me: No I've tried both secure and nonsecure sites and had the same effect.
ISP: What are some of the URL's you're trying to connect to?
At this point I give a couple URL's Newegg being one of them and the Online Game's Main Site being the other, the ISP Rep attempts to access both sites and has the same problems I do. Her assumption is automatically that something is wrong with the sites and her advice is to wait a couple days and see if I can somehow access them later....
May I take this chance to say that ISP's are getting about as bad as Computer Tech services, NOTHING is ever their problem, it seems it's either YOUR software or something else, the level of Tech support for Mainstream PC's and now ISP's has DRASTICALLY reduced in quality of service. Instead they focus more on Customer Service in terms of being "Nice" and not actually "Fixing" the problem. That's why I'm GLAD I found The PC Guide Forums, without you guys I'd have gone out of my mind trying to talk to "Out Serviced" Tech Support and asking "What?" every 5 seconds because I don't understand the English/Arabic Language the Tech Support Person on the other end of the line uses. So thanks for being here and doing what you guys do it helps A LOT and I know a lot of us appreciate the time and effort you all put into assisting us "Less than knowledgable" PC users.

Well I have an update on this problem, it seems the problem stems from my Router as I can connect directly to my modem and I can connect to everything. At the moment I'm trying to figure out how to configure my router to fix this problem. One thing though, I don't even KNOW what happened to cause these problems, I changed no configuration on my router recently and no major updates have been installed. I DID however buy a new router today in hopes that my old one had just started going out or something, sadly though even with the new router I still have the same problems.
