I installed a copy of windows XP pro, and everything went fine but after installing...I wanted to install ati driver and after installation when I want to open the program it says " the application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000135). Click on OK to terminate the application."


what do I have o do? could someone please help me...?

Try reinstalling again to rule out the possibility of a currupt installation. Then, download and run Memtest and rule out the possibility of some bad RAM.

Post back with results please.
